about

This song is about one of the biggest scientific frauds ever made. Hwang Woo-suk, a well respected Korean stem cell scientist, claimed to have succeeded in cloning human embryonic stem cells in two research papers but was found to have fraudulently fabricated large amounts of data.

lyrics

Why is it always a bigger job than you first thought at the outset?
At the point of conception it looked so easy than now
We made a miscalculation to a couple of decimal places
And now it's the power of ten

All questions no answers

I'm not done
I'm not quite through yet
It's a killer but it's not all over

They've gone over the paper released to the press
You know what I'm going to say
What's coming next

We made a miscalculation to a couple of decimal places
Falsified null and void
Our work here is done

All questions no answers

I'm not done
I'm not quite through yet
It's a killer but it's not all over
It's not all over
