This song is about a farm that is between the two carriages of the M62 between Huddersfield and Manchester.
Legend has it that the farmer refused to leave the farm when the road was being built in the 1960's so the road was constructed around the premises.
This is a myth as the terrain that the farm sits on is too difficult to build on due to the gradient of the land.
Even so I thought it was a great story so wrote a song which is a psychological battle between the farmer and the head of the construction team.
